Relieve the burden with financial support.

Supporting a child with special needs can easily put unwanted
financial strain on the family. We aim to make the numbers game
a little easier with financial subsidies to enable the best possible future.

Family Support Services (FSS)

Special needs need not break the bank.

Our family reimbursement program is there to help cover the many additional costs that come with having a special needs child. FSS reimbursements cover limited goods and services spent as a result of raising a child living with disabilities.

OTPS Reimbursement

Take some time to recharge.

Individuals who receive community habilitation services can get reimbursed for travel time to and from activities and for services, equipment, and supplies that address an identified need in the individual’s action plan.

Access to Home

Stay, grow, and thrive.

No one should ever have to leave their home because of a physical impairment. Environmental modifications are constructive alterations to a home (ramps, lifts, handrails, and much more) that empower families to keep their loved one at home and avoid institutional placement. E-mods help individuals get around with more safety and independence. Beyond OPWDD, Access to Home services are available to any individual with a qualifying disability.
