Residential Services
Securing a place for the future.
When an adult individual is ready to flourish away from home, we offer guidance every step of the way. Our housing plans serve the specific needs of individuals at different functioning levels.
Individualized Support Services (ISS)
A place to call
their own.
For independent, high-functioning individuals capable of living on their own, the ISS Housing Program finds eligible apartments, starts them off, and supports them throughout. Rent is significantly subsidized every month.
Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
A home away from home.
Our exceptional supervised group homes in the heart of Monsey maintain the gold standard of care, ensuring that the health, safety, and quality of life of every individual in our homes far surpass all government requirements. Goal advancement, activities, and more are supervised by warm, professional staff members who are always there. Our goal: to offer maximum independence while keeping everyone safe.
Home Family Care (HFC)
Exceptional families for exceptional children.*
If a child living with disabilities must leave home, whether temporarily or permanently, Hamaspik is there to step in and prepare appropriate accommodations. Our OPWDD-backed Family Care program helps individuals with developmental disabilities find a safe, stable, and loving home that meets our exacting standards so the individual can thrive.
